Returns & Refunds

We want you to be pleased with your Great Beach House purchase. Because our furniture is premium, oversized merchandise shipped directly from the manufacturer, please review the following return information before placing your order.

Returns

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase with prior authorization from Great Beach House.

To be eligible for return, merchandise must be unused, unassembled and in its original condition and packaging, with all hardware and accessories included.

Please contact Great Beach House before returning any merchandise. Do not ship a return directly to Anderson Teak without authorization from us.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fee

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

Eligible returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the applicable refund or credit.

Because furniture return freight can be substantial, we encourage you to contact us with any product questions before placing your order.

Cushions

Cushion orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once they have been made.

Damaged, Defective or Missing Items

Please inspect your shipment carefully when it arrives.

If packaging or merchandise appears damaged upon delivery, photograph the damage and packaging and note visible damage with the carrier whenever possible.

Please contact Great Beach House promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective or with missing parts. Claims for defects or missing parts must be reported within 7 days of delivery so that we can work with Anderson Teak and the carrier to resolve the issue.

Please retain the original packaging while a damage or defect claim is being reviewed.

Refunds

Once an authorized return has been received and inspected, we will advise you of the status of your return and any applicable refund or merchandise credit.

Shipping charges, return freight and applicable restocking fees are not refundable.
