At Great Beach House, we want receiving your new outdoor furniture to be as straightforward as possible. Our Anderson Teak furniture ships directly from Anderson Teak's California warehouse.
Free Shipping within the Contiguous United States
We offer free standard shipping on all Anderson Teak furniture orders to most addresses within the contiguous United States.
Depending on the size of your order, your furniture will ship by small-parcel carrier or Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight. Large furniture shipments are generally delivered by appointment, and the freight carrier will contact you to arrange delivery.
Remote & Special-Access Locations
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote locations requiring special transportation, as well as island or ferry-access destinations.
These situations are uncommon. If your delivery address requires an additional shipping charge, we will contact you before processing your order.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & International Destinations
Free standard shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or international destinations.

Order Processing & Delivery
In-stock orders are generally processed by Anderson Teak within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Custom cushions, special-order items and other made-to-order products may require additional production time.
Transit times vary depending on the destination, order size and carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed once an order has been released to the carrier.
Receiving Your Furniture
For larger LTL freight shipments, please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the shipment at the scheduled delivery time.
If there is visible shipping damage:
- Inspect the shipment before signing for delivery.
- Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
- Take photographs of the packaging and damaged item.
- Contact Great Beach House promptly at info@greatbeachhouse.com.
Please retain the original packaging while any shipping issue is being reviewed.
